Chris jointly established Charter Property in 1991 and has been involved in the commercial property industry for over 25 years. He has had previous experience with prominent commercial property agencies, specialising in investment sales, leasing and development. He has also been involved as principle in the acquisition, financing, project management and sale of properties involving development sites, office buildings, residential, commercial and retail property. Significant experience in relation to property evaluation including market research, financial feasibility analysis and the implementation of acquisition, marketing and sales strategies. Also significant experience in all facets of land subdivision and project management.
