Chris jointly established Charter Property in 1991 and has been involved in the commercial property industry for over 25 years. He has had previous experience with prominent commercial property agencies, specialising in investment sales, leasing and development.

Clyde Badger

Clyde along with Chris Borella, established Charter Property in 1991 and in the years since forged a reputation as an enthusiastic, efficient and successful salesperson.

We sadly inform all of our clients that Clyde W Badger one of Charter Property’s Founding Directors has recently passed away.

Jennifer Borella

Jennifer is Charter Property’s Company Secretary and Property Management Consultant. She has been with the company for 25 years and has aquired her Certificate of Registration as Real Estate and Business Sales Representative (Property Management).
